convenient location restaurant option attentive staff helpful assistance
This hotel location is convenient with a shopping mall next door. The lobby offers three restaurant options. Mariva restaurant staff treated everyone so nicely, especially Fatima. Victoria at the front desk helped with anything I needed which i appreciated.
I noticed a slight damp smell in the room, but it WAS very minor.

The front desk personnel were attentive and professional, always happy to help. Staff always cleaned public spaces, a good thing. I REALLY appreciated this.

The room includes handy charging stations, so helpful. Bottled water was provided daily, so thankful i didnt have to buy any. It was a spacious room which was great.

It is in the UNESCO World Heritage City Center, how cool is that. The hotel is right next to a major shopping and eating mall, so very convenient. There are nearby parks and museums to visit, so close by.

There is a nice lobby with multiple restaurants to choose, its all so good. The hotel offers an Executive Lounge, you HAVE to go. Breakfast is available for extra cost, but its a great breakfast.

old rooms no mini bar
The hotel sits near a major shopping center, providing easy access to various stores. This made accessing necessities quite simple.
My experience began smoothly, but deteriorated. I asked for a razor and toothbrush. Nothing came. After a repeat request, only a razor and toothpaste arrived. The rooms appear aged, lack a mini bar, and have no spa.

the breakfast buffet offered a vast selection and a omelette station. the hotel is near a shopping center, this provided a convenient access to various shops.

helpful staff delicious ceviche great service
I appreciated the helpful and joyous STAFF. Hector in the restaurant gave Great service. Marinella cleaned the room daily. I enjoyed a delicious ceviche and drinks by the pool. I also watched locals dance in the park across the street.
The front desk could have had a better System.

pool situation breakfast service
The pool was not open. It operates only four months every year. I thought the pool facilities should be advertised more accurately. Breakfast was a disgrace. No cleared tables were present when I got there.
